| As the continuous development of society,people have higher requirements of life especially in food’s quality.In recent years,grain crops and feed of livestocks have been infected by sterigmatocystin many times,sterigmatocystin is a hypertoxic and carcinogenic toxin and draws the public attention.For toxin poisoning,the remain of toxin in the body after traditional medical means such as gastrolavage and emetic method is also a serious problem.Molecularly imprinted polyme(MIP)could specific recognition in the complicated substrate.Except separation and solid phase extraction,scientists has made use MIP of transporting and treating in vivo.Persistent luminescence nanoparticles(PLNPs)can store excitation energy and gradually emit its persistent luminescence,it could realize optical excitation before bioimaging.Herein,we report that we have developed the novel nanocomposite PLNPs@MIP,we choose the triple-doped zinc gallogermanate nanoparticles ZGGO:Cr3+,Yb3+,Er3+ via hydrothermal method combination with solid phase ealcination in the air as core,then we synthesize a molecularly imprinted polymers as integument which have recognition properties towards sterigmatocystin via precipitation polymerization by methacrylic acid(MAA),ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA),2,2’.Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile)(AIBN)and 1,8-Dihydroxyanthraquinone(DT)as a monomer,cross linker,evocating agent and template,respectively.Our PLNPs@MIP materials have suitable particle size and integument’s thickness,their fluorescence only reduced 35.8%,and adsorptive selectivity(0.69 mg/g)and rapid adsorption of sterigmatocystin around 60 min,and the PLNPs@MIP has low cytotoxicity,although concentration of PLNPs@MIP is 1 mg/mL in the biomolecule,the biomolecule have more 85%of activity and good stability of luminescence.And the PLNPs@MIP could have a well persistent luminescent imaging without background interference in vivo and could be re-active by LED red lamp.The nanocarriers prepared in this work not only can realize real-time bioimaging under excitation-free conditions,but also can adsorb sterigmatocystin with high selectivity and rapidity.This work provides a novel possibility in the antidote. |
