Since fluorine rubber has good high temperature resistance,can be applied to the environment of deep wells and ultra-deep wells.Therefore,frequently use fluorine rubber to make dynamic seals for drilling tools.But as an elastic seal,both high temperature and abrasive particles are important factors affecting the sealing performance of fluorine rubber.In this paper,some research on fluorine rubber was carried out around high temperature and abrasive particle.These results can provide a theoretical basis for the study of the sealing performance of fluorine rubber.In this paper,the tensile test machine is used to obtain the mechanical properties of fluorinated rubber after high temperature treatment.The surface,tensile section and cross section of the rubber were observed by electron microscope(SEM).The results show that:(1)after high temperature treatment of fluorine rubber,hardness will increase,the tensile strength is greatly reduced,the elongation at break will decrease approximately linearly.(2)the drawing section,surface and cross section of fluorine rubber without high temperature treatment are relatively smooth and flat.With the increase of treatment temperature,the roughness of the drawing section of fluorine rubber will increase and pits will appear on the surface.The purpose of this study was to study the effect of high temperature and abrasive environment on the sealing performance of fluorine rubber.The friction characteristics of fluorine rubber were studied under abrasive condition.And observe the rubber surface and the surface of stainless-steel wear marks.The results show that:(1)the friction coefficient of the fluctuation stage can be divided into the early rising stage and the later stable stage.As the temperature of treated fluorine rubber increases,the amplitude of friction coefficient fluctuation decreases.The change trend of friction coefficient in the stable stage is the same.(2)with the increase of the temperature of treated fluorine rubber,hardness and other properties change,the surface of 304 stainless steel is mainly changed from wear marks to pits.The results of friction in the stable stage show that the friction marks on the metal surface aremainly pits.The higher the treatment temperature,the more pits the metal surface morphology.In order to study the change of fluorine rubber under the action of pressure,the whole friction component was simulated and analyzed.The results show that:(1)in3d simulation,as the temperature of rubber treatment increases,the stress value of rubber will increase,and the larger stress will make rubber more easily broken,reduce the service life of rubber.(2)in two-dimensional simulation,the stress cloud image of rubber can be divided into three parts.The first part is the stress cloud diagram of the rubber without high temperature treatment.The second part is the stress cloud diagram with the rubber treatment temperature lower than 140?.The third part is the stress cloud diagram of rubber treatment temperature greater than or equal to 140?.140? is the boundary temperature between the second part and the third part,the stress in these three parts will gradually increase,Eventually,the degree of rubber wear increases.
