As a type of solid waste produced by sewage treatment,the output of sludge cannot be ignored.Simple landfill,incineration and land use account for 80%of the current sludge treatment.Similar treatment and disposal methods not only cause serious secondary pollution to the environment,but also waste organic matter in the sludge.The study takes the organic humic acid in sludge as the core,and uses humic acid obtained by different extraction methods for content determination and structural analysis to clarify the extraction process and basic characteristics of humic acid in sludge.Based on the application of humic acid as an electrode material for supercapacitors,the advantages and disadvantages of the electrochemical performance of humic acid-based composite materials and the feasibility of resource utilization of sludge humic acid were discussed.Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of remaining sludge,a new way to extract and utilize humic acid organic matter in sludge is proposed.Humic acid?HA?in the sludge was extracted by acid extraction,alkali-soluble acid precipitation and acid extraction and purification.The volumetric method determined that the content of water-soluble humic acid was 2%-15%,which was about the original sludge 5-7.5 times of the sample.From the perspective of sludge demand,reagent consumption,humic acid content and operational feasibility,it is recommended to use acid extraction and purification methods to recover humic acid from sewage sludge.The UV-Vis spectroscopy and infrared analysis of the humic acid spectrum showed that the humic acid extracted from the sludge was consistent with the main characteristic of the standard sample,and the extraction and purification made the humic acid enriched.A variety of methods were used to prepare humic acid/graphene oxide composite materials to clarify their electrochemical performance as supercapacitor electrode materials.When the doping mass ratio of the composite is 0.5:1,there is a high specific capacitance?0.1 A/g,128.72 F/g?.Humic acid HA1,HA2 and HA3 were respectively doped with graphene oxide to prepare composite materials.It was found that the humic acid HA2 obtained by acid extraction and purification showed good electrochemical performance?0.05 A/g,148.19 F/g?.After high temperature carbonization of humic acid and graphene oxide doped composite material?RGH2-AC?,when the current density is 0.05 A/g,the specific capacitance is 161.36F/g,which has excellent rate performance,multiple charge and discharge cycles.The specific capacitance retention rate is above 95%and the electrochemical performance is good.Based on the in-depth study of humic acid in sludge organic matter,on the one hand,it has expanded the new ways of sludge resource utilization,and also provided a green and cheap raw material source for energy storage materials.
