In order to get high performance coating materials,this topic combines the design concept of high entropy alloy.AlCoNiFeCr high entropy alloy coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by mechanical alloying.The effects of adding different content and different size of SiC on the microstructure and properties of the high entropy alloy coating were studied.The microstructure,composition,surface roughness,micromorphology,hardness,corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the coating were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EDS,surface roughness test,microhardness test,electrochemical corrosion and friction and wear experiments,and the formation mechanism of the alloy layer was preliminarily discussed.The results of AlCoNiFeCr high entropy alloy coating show that the coating eventually forms the main phase of the BCC phase,and the FCC phase is the structure solid solution.The ball milling time has a significant influence on the microstructure,composition,thickness,surface roughness and density of the coating.Among them,when the ball milling time is 9h and the ball milling speed is 400r/min,the thickness of the coating is the thickest,which is about 90?m,and the coating has the least internal defects and the comprehensive performance is the best.The results of SiCp/AlCoNiFeCr high entropy alloy coating show that,with the addition of SiC particles with different content and grain size,the density of the coating is improved,the internal defects are obviously less,the surface roughness is reduced,and the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating have been improved to some extent.Among them,the coating prepared by ball milling 9h,with a content of 15wt.%and a SiC with a particle size of 0.5?m,has a thickness of about 60?m.The density of the coating is obviously improved and the surface roughness is reduced,and the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating are obviously improved,and a number of tests are made in the addition of SiC.The sample has the best comprehensive performance.
