With the rapid development of society,traditional energy sources are increasingly being consumed,and wind power is being vigorously developed by countries around the world due to its clean,environmentally friendly,renewable and other advantages.The most commonly used domestic wind farms are gravity-type expansion foundations,which transmit the upper load to the foundation through foundation rings and bolts.However,in recent years,due to certain design deficiencies in some gravity-extended foundations,the foundation damage problem occurred soon after operation,and the looseness between the wind turbine foundation and the concrete foundation formed a large cavity.The safe operation of the plant laid a greater hidden danger.In response to this phenomenon,this paper proposes a method for quickly repairing the foundation of the fan based on the grouting of non-foamed polyurethane polymer materials with good compression,tensile,shear and fatigue resistance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the cause of the sloshing problem of the wind turbine foundation ring,and compare with the existing repair technology to propose a grouting repair technical solution based on non-foamed polyurethane polymer material(2)The mechanical properties of the non-foamed polyurethane polymer material were studied through laboratory tests.The results show that the compressive strength of the polymer material is much higher than that of the ordinary foamed polymer material,and its compressive strength can reach 61 MPa,The tensile strength is between 24.4-27.8MPa.In addition,the polymer material has certain anti-fatigue performance,and its interface with concrete can produce better adhesion,and the interface adhesion increases with the increase of interface temperature and with the increase of interface moisture.Decrease.(3)Use the ABAQUS finite element software to numerically simulate the basic model of the fan,and verify the non-foamed polymer by analyzing the force and deformation laws of the foundation ring,concrete and polymer under different wind speeds and loads The effectiveness of materials to solve the problem of fan base ring sloshing.(4)Relying on the polymer grouting theory and grouting equipment,by analyzing the specific conditions of the fan foundation and forming a complete construction process,the non-foaming polymer grouting repair technology is successfully applied to the fan foundation of a wind power plant Ring sway is being reinforced and repaired.
