Phosphonene is an important part of phosphoheterocycle chemistry.These compounds have strong electron-donating ability and rigid skeletons.They play important role in the field of chiral ligands and organic catalysis.This thesis described a method for the synthesis of phospholene derivatives.dehydrogenation of O = P-methyl group using strong base,provide a direct intramolecular ring-closure reaction with the alkynyl group to form the phospholenes.Thesis containing three parts:In the first part,the properties of phospholene were described,the synthesis methods and applications of phospholene in the past decades were summarized.In the second part,a new method for intra-molecular ring closure reaction to synthesize phospholene.Using o-alkynyl bromobenzene as a raw material,under the action of an organophosphorus reagent,a series of new phospholene compounds are obtained through a one-pot reaction.In addition,the application range of the reaction and the effect of substituents were discussed.In the third part,P-chiral phospholene was synthesized with chiral N-phosphoryl oxazolidinone as a chiral auxiliary,the enantioselectivity was as high as 99% ee,and it was reduced and coordinated with metals.The chiral complex was comfirmed by X-ray analysis.
