| The self-healing bonded polymer with energy can be used as a new binder in rocket propellant and explosives.The self-healing bonded polymer contains unsaturated double bonds and a large number of hydrogen bonds,which can be cured by nitrile oxide curing agent and self-healing at room temperature.In this experiment,polyethylene glycol,glycidyl,allyl glycidyl ether,4,4’-diaminodiphenylene disulfide ether,isophorone diisocyanate were used as raw materials to synthesize enyl polymer binder,alkenyl polymer binder with energy and self-healing polymer binder.Polymer elastomers,polymer elastomers containing energy and self-healing elastomers were prepared by curing reaction of binders and nitrile oxide curing agent at room temperature.Elastomers under different proportions of curing agents on the tensile strength analysis,elongation at break analysis,storage modulus analysis,shaw hardness analysis,IR analysis,thermal stability analysis,glass transition temperature analysis,water contact angle size analysis,brittle section scanning analysis,and the curing kinetics and initial thermal decomposition properties of polymer elastomer were analyzed to study the curing system.The performance of three curing systems under different curing ratio was compared and analyzed.(Ⅰ)At room temperature,the two polymer binders were synthesized by adding raw material GA and AGE in different order,which can be cured with nitrile oxide curing agent.According to the analysis of the properties of the cured elastomer,the tensile strength of the elastomer prepared with glycidyl ether(GA)and allyl glycidyl ether(AGE)materials were added into PEG in sections was 0.95 MPa,the elongation at break was 89.3%,the shore hardness was 23.8 Ha,the glass transition temperature(Tg)was-41.85℃,and the contact Angle was 75℃.The tensile strength of the elastomer prepared by adding GA and AGE materials into PEG at the same time was 0.92 MPa,the elongation at break was 103.3%,the shore hardness was 15Ha,the glass transition temperature(Tg)was-43.48℃,and the contact Angle was 59℃.It can be concluded that the two kinds of elastomers after curing have better mechanical properties,and the mechanical properties of the elastomers are better than those prepared in the earlier stage of this research group.(Ⅱ)The performances of elastomers prepared by polymer adhesives with different molecular weight and elastomers prepared by different proportion of curing agent were analyzed.The results showed that the tensile strength,elongation at break and hardness of the elastomer prepared with different molecular weights decreased firstly and then increased,while the elastomer prepared with polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 6000 showed greater tensile strength.Tensile strength of elastomer prepared in different ratio of curing agent from 0.36 MPa to 1.09 MPa,the elongation at break decreased from 134.6%to 54.3%,and the hardness increased from 7.1 Ha to 26.6 Ha.Energy storage modulus of the elastomer increased with the increase of the curing agent content.According to the calculation of curing kinetics and initial thermal decomposition of the curing system,the curing system was a secondary reaction.The activation energy of the curing system was 163.88 kJ·mol-1.The pre-exponential factor was 2.26×1017s-1.(Ⅲ)At room temperature,the enyl polymer binder containing energy can be cured with nitrile oxide curing agent.According to the analysis of the properties of the cured elastomer,the tensile strength of elastomer prepared with different ratio of curing agent increased from0.36 MPa to 0.71 MPa,elongation at break decreased from 50.2%to 36.5%,and shore hardness increased from 26.4 Ha to 35.3 Ha,the energy storage modulus increases with the increase of curing agent content,It can be concluded that the tensile strength,shore hardness and energy storage modulus of the elastomer increase with the increase of the curing agent content,and the elongation at break decreases with the increase of the curing agent content.(Ⅳ)At room temperature,the self-healing polymer binder can be cured with nitrile oxide curing agent.According to the analysis of the properties of the cured self-healing elastomer,the tensile strength of the self-healing elastomer is 2 MPa,the elongation at break is 538.5%,and the energy storage modulus is 1897 MPa.The elastomer can self-healing at room temperature,and mechanical properties have been greatly improved. |
