Development And Application About The Detection Of The Carton Tear-tape Offset

With the change and promotion of the brand structure of cigarette factory in China,the requirements for product packaging are getting higher and higher.In actual production,dozens or even hundreds of defective products will appear every day,so the appearance quality of the cigarette package has become an important link restricting production efficiency and the rate of good products.The carton tear-tape offset is the highest proportion of the external packing defects.the excellence rate can not be guaranteed by manual sampling.In this paper,the design,development and application about the detection of the carton tear-tape offset are carried out.The design of this paper is composed of two parts: process detection and post imaging detection.A LRD5100 sensor for transparent label is selected for the process detection.Before the packing of transparent paper and tear-tape is finished,the electric field generated by double capacitance is used to check the position of the carton tear-tape 。 when unqualified products appear the alarm will sound,and the machine will stop.After the cigarette strip has been packed,the post-imaging inspection with seven CCD industrial cameras is installed on the conveyor belt before entering the cigarette box,and the position of the carton tear-tape is compared according to the imaging characteristics,and the nonconforming products are automatically determined and eliminated.The performance requirements and technical indicators of the detection device are analyzed and verified in detail.After the monitoring unit is completed,tests and debugging are carried out for each function,and the test results are summarized to meet the design requirements.
