| In recent years,driven by the continuous growth of global population and their demand for food,the market volume of global animal health care products(also called "animal health products" in this paper)has grown steadily.Animal health products are indispensable to ensure the healthy growth of animals and play an important role in the prevention,treatment and control of various types of animal diseases.Antibiotics,as a kind of animal health products,are widely used in the breeding process.However,due to the nonstandard use or excessive use in the breeding process,a large number of antibiotics remain in animals,thus affecting human health.In 2018,African swine fever spread in China and Southeast Asia,and the pig market suffered heavy losses,and the performance of feed enterprises and animal health enterprises in the upper reaches declined seriously.In addition,the Ministry of agriculture of China issued a law in July 2019 about prohibiting the addition of antibiotics on feed to promote growth,which is even worse for the antibiotic feed additive industry.This paper will take X biotechnology company as an example to study the development strategy on producers of antibiotic feed additives.The topic of this paper is the research on the development strategy of X biotechnology company.It will be based on the theory of strategic management and management.Firstly,it describes the research background,research significance,research content and methods.Secondly,it uses PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces competition model,industry life cycle theory analysis and value chain analysis to systematically analyze the internal and external environment of X biotechnology company and clarify the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the company;Then,by using SWOT analysis,the company’s vision,strategic objectives,and diversified development strategy are formulated,and the plan for the implementation of the strategy is put forward;finally,Some safeguard measures from the five aspects of strategic leadership guarantee,organizational guarantee,financial guarantee,human resources guarantee and corporate culture guarantee have been formulated to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.Based on the research on the development strategy of X biotechnology company,this paper makes it clear that under the national policy of limiting antibiotics,the company can choose the diversified development strategy,with product diversification as the core,through multi-channel development in domestic and foreign markets,as well as carrying out import and export trade,and finally become the top ten animal health enterprise in the world,which will help to improve the competitiveness in the market and the operating performance of the company,and make great significance on the long-term,stable and sustainable development of the company.At the same time,it also provides reference for similar antibiotic feed additive enterprises to establish strategic management system and formulate development strategy,which plays an important role in promoting the development and integration of China’s animal health industry. |
