Most of the onshore oil fields in my country are already in the middle and late stages of exploitation,and the range of oil well fluid production fluctuates widely,which leads to frequent "empty pumping" or "dissatisfied pumping" in pumping units.The efficiency of pumping oil wells is low,and electrical energy is wasted.Therefore this dissertation aims at the problem of energy waste caused by too much noise in motor current signal of pumping unit,takes the motor and the transmission circuit as the starting point,uses the relationship between the current of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)of pumping unit and oil pumping volume to study the SRM current denoising algorithm.The algorithm makes the motor in the best working state of speed and achieves the purpose of saving energy.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the structure and working principle of the SRM pumping unit and finds out the reasons of the current signal interference of the SRM.Secondly,combining the problems of discontinuous results and large errors in the denoising process of the hard threshold function and the soft threshold function,a new threshold function of the SRM current denoising algorithm is proposed to make the current signal processed by the current denoising algorithm more continuous and closer to the real current signal.Then,the force analysis of each part of the pumping unit is carried out to obtain the relationship between the pumping amount and the current denoising of the switch reluctance motor of the pumping unit,so as to control the optimal speed of the motor.Finally,the improved denoising algorithm is transplanted to the STM32 development board based on the relationship between the pumping volume and the current,and an experimental platform is built to simulate the test.The experimental results show that the SRM current denoising algorithm of pumping unit studied in this dissertation can effectively remove the current noise.the load condition of pumping unit can be more accurately reflected through the relation between oil pumping amount and SRM.It determines the pumping status and reduce the waste of electricity,so as to improve the efficiency of oil pumping and realize energy saving.
