Nowadays, organotin compounds have become the focus of research because of their antitumor activity. The organotin(Ⅳ)cations form complexes with ligands containing {O},{N} or{S} atoms with various composition and stability, and Schiff base has always been the first choice for complexes because of its good biological activity. In this paper,10 diorganotin complexes containing silicon of Schiff base were designed and synthesized.Schiff base complexes are obtained by reacting substituted salicylaldehyde with different amino acids. Then the target compound was synthesized with dialkyl tin in a hot methanol solution at a ratio of 1:1.The structure diagram of the complex is shown as follows:The target compound was characterized by ’HNMR,IR,13CNMR,elementalanalysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction test. The result shows that the Schiff base coordinates with tin atom as tridentate dianionic ligand through thephenolic oxygen, and imine nitrogen, forming a parallel five and six-member heterocyclic structures. All of these synthesized compounds were given the results of the test of biological activity in vitro by use of Anti-human osteosarcoma cells 143B and human lung cancer cells H1229.The results showed that all the complexes had good inhibitory activity and certain selectivity to both cells, and the IC50 values are below 6μmol/L.The compound is selective for different tumor cells. The activity test of HOB on normal osteosarcoma cells showed that compounds 4 and 6b had low toxicity to HOB.
