Case Study Of Employee Ownership Stock Plan Under The Background Of Mixed Reform Of State-owned Enterprises

Looking at the course of development of state-owned enterprises,we can find that some state-owned enterprises have been developing and growing through reform,but there are still many problems faced by state-owned enterprises,such as imperfect corporate governance structure,low operating efficiency,and declining market position.In order to solve these problems in the development of state-owned enterprises,the state proposes to deepen the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises.As one of the important ways of mixed ownership reform,employee stock ownership plan is very important for the reform of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study employee stock ownership plan in the context of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.Based on the background of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,this dissertation studies the relevant literature of employee stock ownership plan,and takes Tong ling Nonferrous as an example to explore whether employee stock ownership plan can bring positive effects to state-owned enterprises,so as to promote the reform of mixed ownership.Firstly,based on national policies and market conditions,this dissertation combs the development status of mixed ownership reform and employee stock ownership plan in state-owned enterprises.Secondly,the dissertation summarizes the operation and development of Tong ling Nonferrous and the motivation of implementing employee stock ownership plan.On this basis,it introduces the implementation process and the main content of employee stock ownership plan.Thirdly,it analyzes the implementation effect of employee stock ownership plan of Tong ling Nonferrous,such as the aspects of corporate governance,business performance,non-financial indicators and market effect.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the effect of implementing employee stock ownership plan in Tong ling Nonferrous and gets some enlightenment.According to the analysis,it is concluded that the implementation of employee stock ownership plan optimizes the corporate governance structure,improves the operating performance,and improves the market position of Tong ling Nonferrous.At the same time,it points out that the state-owned enterprises should promote the employee stock ownership plan actively,pay attention to the design of the plan when implementing employee stock ownership plan,and suggest that the state-owned enterprises should pay more attention to the long-term effect when they plan to implement employee stock ownership plan.
