The development of science propels performance improvement of air engine,the turbine front temperature which is one of the most important elements that influence thrust weight ratio and thrust has been raised from 1600K to 2000K for past decades.New materials with high temperature tolerance,low density and high strength,such as C/SiC composite material,are widely used to manufacture the hot end components.Though C/SiC composite has excellent performance,working in high temperature circumstance and suffering hot cycle frequent could result in performance degration.To assess component lifespan precisely and verify cooling patterns become exceedingly important.C/SiC composites are made of carbon fibers braided by warp and weft,densification process is polycarbosilane impregnation.Thin film on C/SiC composites surface can not prepare by direct cur:rent(DC)pulse magnetron sputtering for rough surface.To solve the problem above mentioned,this thesis comes up with a technology that prepares a composite transient layer on C/SiC composites surface by connection of DC pulse magnetron sputtering and electroplating.We fabricated a NiCr conductive layer with DC pulse magnetron sputtering for poor conductivity between upper and lower surfaces of C/SiC composite samples.,and analysed electroplating deposition rate and transient layer performance of conductive layer with different thickness.Research on polished Ni-Cr-ZrO2 composite transient layer surface quality and bonding strength between C/SiC composites and transient layer.By DC magnetron sputtering,we prepared SiO2 insulation thin film,NiCr/NiSi thin films and SiO2 protective thin film sequentially on surface of C/SiC composite with Ni-Cr-ZrO2 composite transient layer.There is a conclusion that insulation thin film has preminent dielectric performance Cabout 109?,Prepared with periodical motion platform after analyzing SiO2 insulation thin film specimen.SEM and EDS analysis to prepared NiCr/NiSi thin films shown smooth and dense thin film surface and composition near target material.Research on static and dynamic performance of high temperature transient temperature sensor.Temperature sensor static calibration make FLUKE9144 as stable heat source,the Seebeck coefficient is 42.1?V/?,Nonliner error is 1.52%,this sensor has nice linearity.Analysis of temperature sensor dynamic performance applied theoretical and experimental methods,time constant are same level,about 39.35?s and 97.01?s respectively,by theoretical calculation and experimental measurement.We test temperature sensor performance in 200?,400? and 600? stable temperature field,and conclusion shown that temperature sensor can satisfy demand of highest 600? measurement.
