As a key component of large machine tool,the performance of rotary table seriously affects the working performance of the equipment.A new type hybrid rotary table is taken as the research object,because the middle plate structure is composed of the inner ring static pressure chamber and the outer ring dynamic pressure spiral oil wedge,the dynamic pressure oil wedge is fed by the oil flowing out of the static pressure chamber.In the process of operation,the negative pressure occurs in the outer groove area of the static pressure chamber,which makes the dynamic pressure oil wedge insufficient to form a complete oil film and affects the shunting characteristics of the spiral oil wedge.Whether the dynamic pressure spiral oil wedge has good flow distribution characteristics directly affects the working performance of the whole rotary table.Thus,reasonable distribution of spiral oil wedge structure parameter,improve the oil film pressure phenomenon has important significance to improve the rotary table performance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1、Based on the choice of CFD governing equations,boundary conditions and solving equations,the calculation model of oil film in the gap between the rotary table and the middle plate is established.2、The hybrid test bed was built to verify the reliability of the calculation model.By measuring and analyzing the data of oil film pressure,oil film thickness and power consumption of the rotary table,and comparing the simulation results with the experimental results,the reliability and accuracy of the mathematical model are verified.3、Through the analysis of dynamic pressure spiral oil wedge number,spiral Angle,the effect of shunt characteristics of spiral oil wedge diameter rotary table,and rational configuration of spiral oil wedge structure parameters,to control the temperature rise of the rotary table,improve the rotary table carrying capacity.4、In view of the high rotating speed of the rotary table,the outer groove of the middle plate static pressure chamber is insufficient to supply oil to the dynamic pressure spiral oil wedge,resulting in the negative pressure of the oil film,unable to form a complete oil film,affecting the working performance of the rotary table,so two schemes to improve the negative pressure of the oil film are proposed.Solution I:in the static pressure chamber of the lateral sealing side to build a traffic compensation hole;Solution Ⅱ:in the dynamic pressure in oil tank and an oil hole.By FLUENT software to analyze two kinds of schemes,compared to two kinds of schemes and improvement in front of the oil film properties,and analyze the working speed,aperture parameters on the influence of two kinds of schemes of oil film lubrication characteristics,determine the oil film that does not produce sufficient lubrication applicable conditions when the negative pressure.In this paper,through study on shunt characteristics of new type hybrid rotary table,to control the temperature rise of the rotary table,raise the performance of rotary table work.
