With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,energy consumption has increased rapidly,and air pollution has become increasingly serious.Air pollution is highly oxidizing and has serious secondary pollution problems.The coexistence and mutual coupling of soot pollution,automobile exhaust pollution,and photochemical pollution of organic gases caused the current status of regional,composite,and long-term air pollution in our country.The government attaches great importance to pollution control and put forward higher requirements for environmental monitoring capabilities.However,the current air quality monitoring systems still have many problems such as the lack of pertinence and effective data analysis,which cannot meet the needs of modern environmental monitoring.Based on previous studies,an automatic composite air pollution monitoring system is designed and implemented to solve this problem and meet the need of air pollution governance.The main contents are as the followings:(1)Based on KNN-LSTM,A PM2.5 concentration prediction model is proposed.LSTM has the great characteristics of time memory,so we can fully mine features of time sequence data in the target site.Based on this,the KNN algorithm is used to filter the neighboring spatial factors as an additional input to modify the LSTM model.In the comparison with traditional neural network,our methods performs better both on root mean square error and average absolute error,which proves the effectiveness of the model proposed in this paper.(2)An automatic atmospheric pollution monitoring system was designed.The overall architecture of the system and the related air pollution related theories and system related technologies are introduced.By detailed requirements analysis,the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are given.we decided to process the system hierarchically,and the database and related interfaces are also designed based on the analysis.The overall structure of the system,main functional modules,databases and related interfaces are designed.(3)System implementation and testing.The main functional modules of the system are implemented,and the system functions,performance,compatibility,user interface's friendliness are tested in detail to to ensure that the system can run continuously and reliably.The results show that the system can provide scientific and technological support for the environmental protection department to analyze the causes of pollution and formulate relevant pollution control policies,which plays a positive role in improving air quality.
