Taking 9 tower-type combined diamond circular saw blades with a diameter gradient of 140mm as the research object,based on the principle of statistical energy analysis,the high-frequency noise characteristics of the combined saw in the process of sawing stone were studied,and the combined diamond circular saw was further studied.Optimized noise reduction of the chip structure.The research content includes:The statistical energy method was introduced to establish the statistical energy analysis model of the combined diamond circular saw blade,and the frequency domain history of the high frequency noise radiation level was quantitatively estimated.The noise measurement experiment and simulation results of the combined diamond circular saw blade were designed and compared.The statistical energy model of the combination saw simulates and calculates the high-frequency noise sound pressure level range from 87.044dB to 102.121dB(A).The combination saw high-frequency noise measurement experiment measured the sound pressure level range from 88.270dB to 102.300dB(A),both of which are in Both the range and the change trend have good consistency,indicating that the model built is highly reliable for the calculation of the high-frequency noise sound pressure level of the combined saw.Based on the principle of noise superposition,the noise mechanism of the combined diamond circular saw blade is analyzed.The superimposed friction noise,vibration noise and aerodynamic noise during the cutting of the stone by the combined diamond circular saw blade constitute high sound pressure level noise,and the circular saw blade is explored.The wave field velocity response characteristics,energy distribution characteristics and sound pressure level characteristics of the subsystem.The velocity response of the longitudinal and transverse waves of the subsystem increases with the increase of the diameter of the circular saw blade in the entire high frequency range.Large diameter circular saw blades The energy of the subsystem is always higher than that of small-diameter circular saw blades.The sound pressure level of large-diameter circular saw blades is greater than that of small-diameter circular saw blades,indicating that the noise level radiated by large-diameter circular saw blades is important to the total value of sound pressure level.Explore the effect of combined diamond circular saw blades on the sound pressure level of the thickness,combination method and opening noise reduction holes.Design 12 different noise reduction simulation schemes according to the impact of different structures on the sound radiation of the combined saw.Compare the different schemes.The noise sound pressure level result shows that when the noise reduction hole is located at 0.85R from the center hole of the circular saw blade,the noise sound pressure level does not decrease but increases,indicating that an inappropriate noise reduction hole structure increases the noise of the combined saw.The noise reduction effect is the best when the position of the noise reduction holle on the base of the combined saw is 0.75R from the center hole,and the noise reduction reaches more than 10dB(A)at a frequency of 8000Hz.The statistical energy method was used to calculate the noise sound pressure level of the combined diamond circular saw blade,and different noise reduction schemes were designed for comparison and analysis.The active design method is provided,which provides a basis for the processing and production of the enterprise.
