With the rapid development of scientific experimental research,experimental rack research gradually has a core position in scientific research institutes,universities and petrochemical enterprises.Since the 1960 s,the experimental rack has been crucial to the study of actual oil and gas pipeline problems and has brought great convenience to researchers.At present,the construction of the experimental racks of various institutions has entered a high-speed development stage,and different types of experimental racks have been built to meet the needs of various experiments.In the current situation of insufficient structure and function of the experimental frame in our school,combining with a large number of research literature and experimental data,the improvement of the experimental frame is carried out to solve the problem of limited experimental frame to meet the practical engineering needs.This paper mainly introduces the multiphase flow experimental rack and the improved experimental rack.According to the local conditions,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the experimental rack in order to improve the maximum utilization rate of each experimental device.The existing experimental rack and the improved experimental rack are used to simulate different working conditions,so as to deepen the understanding of the experimental rack of our school.By using the experimental data and related parameters obtained from the simulation,the multi-phase flow experimental database is established,which provides convenience for the researchers to use the experimental rack in the future.For practical engineering problems,in view of the serious influence of pipeline wax deposition on pipeline flow assurance in northern shaanxi,the influence factors of wax deposition were analyzed by using the experimental rack and multi-phase flow simulation software OLGA,so as to provide feasible Suggestions for pipeline pigging measures in the future.
