With the advancement of technology and the rapid update of products,new types of difficult-to-machine parts appear frequently,and the requirements for part accuracy have also increased.Gun drilling technology is one of the earliest and most widely used processing methods in the field of deep hole processing.With the advantages of self-directivity and good processing quality,it is difficult to determine when drilling The core and the drill bit are easy to break and have a short life,and the difficulty of chip evacuation results in poor roundness of the hole and is prone to deviation of the hole core line.Therefore,looking for a new processing method is of great significance for improving processing quality and production efficiency.This article mainly analyzes the development status of low frequency vibration drilling of gun drills at home and abroad,and focuses on the following work of low frequency vibration drilling of gun drills: 1.Combining the structure and working principle of gun drills,the low frequency of gun drills The mechanism of vibration drilling was studied,and on this basis,a mathematical model of low-frequency axial vibration drilling was established,and the effects of phase angle and parameters of each cutting stage on chip breaking were analyzed;2.Using finite element simulation software for gun drilling The low-frequency vibration drilling process was simulated,and the results showed that the axial force and torque of low-frequency vibration drilling were reduced compared with ordinary drilling;the dynamic analysis of the drill rod was carried out,and the frequency and frequency that easily caused resonance were obtained.Rotational speed value;3.The low-frequency vibration drilling of the gun drill was tested.Using the low-frequency vibration drilling excitation device designed by the research group,the ordinary drilling and low-frequency vibration drilling were tested for the difficult-to-machine material titanium alloy TC4.Contrast,analyze the effects of tool wear,surface roughness,chip shape,etc.produced under different process parameters,and select a reasonable matching parameter to form an ideal chip,Drilling permit low frequency axial vibrations having improved processing quality,increase productivity advantages.
