| VideoLog downhole TV provides a new detection technology for visual inspection of oil and gas wells,and has been widely used in casing damage detection,fish fishing,downhole operation quality evaluation and downhole accident handling.The result of downhole TV inspection is video data.The discovery of casing problems relies on manual visual inspection,which not only consumes labor costs,but also easily leads to misjudgment due to insufficient logging personnel's experience.With the continuous development of image processing technology,this article developed a video processing software based on the VideoLog downhole TV instrument developed by the laboratory.Combining traditional visual logging with a novel image processing technology based on Open CV computer vision library,the qualitative description of logging video is converted into quantitative interpretation,which increases the convincing power of this new technology of downhole TV.The article starts with the technology and theory related to video processing software,mainly analyzes the system principle of the VideoLog downhole TV and the technical characteristics of the OpenCV computer vision library,and studies image smoothing,binarization,morphological filtering,moving target detection Feature detection and matching and dark channel defogging technology.In addition,the principle of wellbore imaging is introduced.Secondly,the overall system design of the video processing software was carried out,the functional modules of the software were divided according to the requirements,and a development environment based on Visual Studio 2012 and OpenCV 2.4.9 was built.Finally,the four modules of image processing,image enhancement,specific target recognition,distortion elimination and quantitative measurement of video processing software are analyzed comprehensively,and the algorithm ideas and programming ideas realized by each module are elaborated in detail.After the application test of the video processing software,the design meets the expected demand,improves the intelligence level of petroleum instrument equipment,and has very important application value. |
