The preparation process of uranium tetrafluoride in nuclear fuelprocessing is divided into two types: "wet" and "dry".With the development of process technology,"wet" production has been gradually phased out."Dry" is now widely used at home and abroad."In the production of uranium tetrafluoride, due to the differences in process equipment, there is a large gap in production stability. This article studies the" dry "production of uranium tetrafluoride. The equipment uses domestic advanced two-stage serial countercurrent fluidized beds.Parameters, including temperature, pressure, pressure difference, and weight, enable continuous and stable production and operation of uranium tetrafluoride, thereby increasing production capacity, saving costs, reducing labor intensity, and promoting the further improvement of China's uranium tetrafluoride production technology.International convergence. For the treatment of acidic wastewater produced by uranium purification producers, this article provides a new way to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater to produce industrial-grade barium nitrate.By analyzing the uranium and total radioactivity in the product bariumnitrate, the content of the product barium nitrate is 99.39%(dry basis),which meets the requirements of class ?barium nitrate.Uranium in products and ?? has reached the required limit standard requirements, which can reduce the environmental impact of radioactive wastewater, andrecovering the available nitrate and saving resources has taken a big step forward for China's nuclear fuel processing production technology in environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction.
