In the production and application of traditional solvent-based antifouling coatings,due to the need to use antifouling agents and organic solvents,not only cause damage to the environment,but also consume a lot of fossil energy,so the development of waterborne coatings is its development direction.At present,there is no clear curing mechanism for waterborne silicone coatings,and there is little research on silicone emulsion as the main film-forming material.In this paper,a three-component water-based low surface energy antifouling coating was successfully prepared by using silicone emulsion as a film-forming material,silane coupling agent as a curing agent,and organotin as a catalyst.By exploring the influence of the type and content of the curing agent on the coating performance,the basic formula of the water-based silicone coating is silicone emulsion(component A):KH-570(component B):quality of organic tin(component C).The ratio is 10:0.5:0.1.Using cationic silicone emulsion and anionic silicone emulsion as film-forming materials,the water-based silicone coating was characterized by infrared spectroscopy test,contact angle test,mechanical property test,surface morphology observation and antifouling performance test to explore the emulsifier Effect on the structure and performance of silicone coatings.The experimental results show that the emulsifiers octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate will reduce the adhesion of marine bacteria on the coating surface,making the water-based silicone coating better prevent fouling organisms Adhesion;When the cationic silicone emulsion with octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide as the emulsifier is used as a film-forming material,the resulting aqueous silicone coating has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and antifouling properties.In order to solve the problem of powder agglomeration,this article uses a wetting and dispersing agent to treat nano powders,so that the nano powders can be stably dispersed in water,Fumed silica slurry and CNTs/Fumed silica slurry are prepared and dispersed Testing and characterization of particle size.When the content of the wetting and dispersing agent SD5027 is 1%,the prepared Fumed silica slurry has the best stability.When the addition amount of wetting and dispersing agent W996 is 1%and the addition amount of CNTs is 4%,the prepared CNTs/Fumed silica slurry has the best stability.The nano-slurry is added to the basic formula of the water-based silicone coating,a nano-composite water-based silicone coating is prepared,and the performance of the composite coating is characterized by surface interface properties and mechanical properties.In the Fumed silica composite water-based silicone coating,the Fumed silica improves the hydrophobicity of the coating,and when its slurry content is 15%,the composite coating has the best hydrophobicity,and the surface free energy reaches the lowest value of 11.96 mJ/m2,The breaking strength and elongation of the coating are the most excellent.In the CNTs/fumed silica composite aqueous silicone coating,the effect of different functionalized CNTs slurry on the coating performance was explored.When the content of CNTs/fumed silica slurry was 15%,the surface free energy of the composite coating T13>TC13>TH13,the mechanical properties of the composite coating TC13<TH13<T13,ordinary CNTs have obvious enhancement effect on the mechanical properties of the coating,carboxyl and hydroxyl modified CNTs will affect the crosslinking behavior of the coating,which can not achieve good Enhancement effect.
