In the process of offshore oil filling, the oil in the oil tank of the receiving vessel is prone to evaporation. In addition to the loss of oil products, the oil and gas discharged by evaporation will also cause the risk of poisoning, explosion, secondary pollution and the risk of reducing the quality of bonded fuel oil, which will cause major dangerous accidents and catastrophic risks to maritime transportation. The main work is as follows:(1)Based on the 1/40 scale ratio,a physical scale test model is established to simplify the ship motion in wind and wave environment, and a suitable test scheme is developed according to the Froude number and Euler similarity.(2)The static filling test at different rates is based on the change of the oil and gas concentration of the gas discharged from the vent, the disturbing kinetic energy per unit volume per unit time, the total amount of air permeability and the fitting of the total amount of air permeability of different rates. The results show that in the static state, the greater the injection rate, the greater the disturbance energy, the higher the concentration of oil and gas,the shorter the injection time and the less the total amount of VOCs.(3)According to the change of oil and gas concentration, relative concentration, sloshing energy, concentration growth rate, total amount of air permeability, and the fitting of total amount of air permeability of different rates, the test of dynamic filling is carried out.The results show: compared with the static state, the movement promotes the evaporation of oil during the filling process;in the moving state, the higher rate, the greater the sloshing energy, the shorter the filling time, and the less the total amount of VOCs.(4)When the refueling rate is fixed, different exercise intensity is the reference group, according to the change of oil and gas concentration, relative concentration, concentration growth rate, total amount of air permeability and the fitting of total amount of air permeability. The results show that the larger the amplitude of motion(the smaller the period),the larger the sloshing energy, the stronger the evaporation of oil,the greater the concentration of oil and gas,and the greater the total amount of VOCs.This paper provides theoretical basis for reducing evaporation loss during oil filling operation, and provides guidance for safety and pollution during oil filling.
