Surfactant flooding agent has had a profound impact on the energy sector by providing access to oil in low permeability formations that were previously inaccessible.Despite its advances and enormous economic benefits,opportunities remain to increase surfactant flooding agent efficiency and minimize potential environmental impacts.However,the development of surfactant flooding agent that can maintain excellent efficiency at deep underground,as well as,minimize potential damage to the environment is still very challenging.Therefore,it is of great significance to improveing surfactant flooding agent.In this paper,we have developed new nano-micelle system.This paper will introduce the following two aspects.In the first part,we use commercial surfactants,lipophilic molecules with permeability and common salts(such as sodium chloride,sodium bicarbonate,etc.)as raw materials,and mix them in water,to obtaining nano-micelle system.Then we were tested nano-micelle system got its size,and surface tension.Eventually-the results show that the best concentration of nano-micelle system is 0.3%.At room temperature,the nano-micelle size of the formed micelle is less than 50 nm and the surface tension is maintained at?30 mN/m.In aqueous solutions with different pH and salinity,the size of system almost remained unchanged,which shows that the system has good stability.In the second part,the oil displacementability of nano-micelle system was tested.Nano-micelle clean fracturing fluid has the advantages of low surface tension,easy flow and small size.It can get into the fissure and effectively remove the crude oil.
