In recent years,the Triassic reservoirs in the Mahu sag of the Junggar Basin have been significantly discovered,and they have become the main blocks for increasing reserves and production.The Triassic reservoir in the Mahu sag is represented by the Maxi slope Ma 18 well area as the conglomerate tight reservoir.The lower stratum is dominated by glutenite,with high hardness,strong heterogeneity,poor drillability,and is common in drilling engineering.Faced with the high degree of grinding of the drill bit,low mechanical drilling speed and long drilling cycle,it has restricted the exploration and development of the Ma 18 well area.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of safe and rapid economic drilling in the Ma 18 well area of the Mahu sag for the evaluation of the drill bit use in this area.In view of the low drilling rate of the Ma 18 well area,this paper has carried out the following work:1.Research on the preferred method of drill bit at home and abroadResearch and statistics on the preferred methods of drill bits at home and abroad by consulting literature and other materials.At present,the preferred method of the drill bit is mainly divided into three categories:a drill bit use effect evaluation method;two rock mechanics parameter method;three comprehensive method.Various methods are preferred by mathematical formulas or index parameters.Different preferred ways have their applicability and limitations.In this paper,the principal component analysis method under the drill bit evaluation method is used to optimize the drill bit.(Chapter two)2.Evaluation of the use effect of the drill bitStatistics on the drill bit data of 19 holes in the 18 well area were counted.The wells in the Ma 18 well area are all three wells.According to the statistics of the drill bit drilling data in the open stratum,the average footage and average and the mechanical drilling rate are selected as the preferred indicators to evaluate the effect of the drill bit in the same formation..Obtain the understanding of the overall drilling effect of different strata and the type of drill bit with better drilling effect.(third chapter)3.Drill bit optimization for the Baikouquan Formation and the Karamay FormationFor the Baikouquan Formation and the Karamay Formation of the glutenite development,the drill bit is preferred.According to the statistics of all the drill bits used in the Baikouquan Formation and the Karamay Formation,the principal component analysis method is adopted,and the five drilling parameters of the footage,the drilling pressure,the rotational speed,the mechanical drilling speed and the specific water power are taken as observation indicators.The formation is preferably drilled.(Chapter Four)The preferred results of the Baikouquan Formation and the Karamay Group drills have certain guiding significance for the excellent drilling of pebbly sandstone formations.
