Supercapacitors have both super capacity and high power density,so they can be widely used in backup power supply,alternative power supply and high-power output.Resin-based multi-pore carbon materials have high specific surface area due to their abundant channels,which not only increase the charge storage capacity of the carbon materials,but also shorten the transfer distance of free electrons or ions in the electrolyte,which has certain application value in supercapacitors as electrode materials.In addition,phenolic resin based the carbon material itself has a good thermal stability,and can maintain a good morphology after carbonization at high temperature.Ideal pore structure and graded porous structure carbon materials can be prepared by using double template method.Subsequently,using heteroatom dope to introduce pseudo capacitance to improve the specific capacitance of porous carbon materials has become an effective means to improve the electrochemistry of porous carbon materials.The synergistic effect of pseudo capacitance and double electric layer capacitance can significantly improve the electrochemical performance of carbon materials.The specific contents and results of this paper are as follows:By changing the amount of acetone to add the phenolic resin matrix morphology is in good condition is prepared hollow carbon ball,and to seeds,as by controlling the growth of the phenolic resin ball dynamics in its outer synthesis a new layer again phenolic resin derived carbon hollow carbon ball,eventually double hollow phenolic resin was synthesized carbon ball,and discuss its application in super capacitor electrode materials.The results show that the specific capacitance of the double layer hollow phenolic resin based on the electrode material can reach 268 F g-1 under the current density of 1 A g-1,and it shows excellent electrochemical performance,which is A kind of carbon material with excellent performance.Phenolic resin-based porous carbon materials were prepared by double template method.Firstly,Si O2 at 15 nm level was selected as a hard template to prepare mesoporous pores on the surface of resin spheres by etching.Then choose F127 as soft template,as a result of F127 can thermal decompose,so by controlling the dosage to achieve its decomposition of gas in the interior of the solid resin ball hole,finally got rich porous carbon ball hole,its not only when the current density of 1 A g-1 the specific capacitance of from 138 increased to 268 F g-1,and at high current density still show excellent performance ratio.Introduced in the process of preparing phenolic resin melamine,preparation with high nitrogen content of phenolic resin ball,then through high temperature carbonization of preparation of the rough surface and can still maintain the spherical shape of phenolic resin carbon ball,XPS results show that the carbon ball has high nitrogen doping amount,the stability in high phenolic resin carbon cycle,on the basis of achieved significantly enhance its constraint capacitance performance.Under the current density of 1A g-1,the specific capacitance of the nitrogen-doped phenolic resin carbon spheres is as high as 259 F g-1,and after a cycle of 10,000 turns,the specific capacitance still remains 96%of the original value.
