The textile printing and dyeing industry has been a traditional industry in China for a long time.It plays an important role in the national economic industry.Textiles almost need to be processed by dyeing and finishing equipment before they can meet the requirements of clothing,decoration,industry and national defense for their performance and quality.Open-width washing and continuous boiling equipment is a kind of dyeing and finishing equipment.It is used to remove impurities,improve dyeing performance and handle of worsted fabric.It is a basic engineering of fabric finishing and directly affects the quality of finished fabric.At present,most of the domestic flat-width washing machines and continuous boiling machines come from imported equipment,and even some small printing and dyeing enterprises still use the original family workshop(big pot,water cylinder and wooden stick)equipment.Whether domestic or imported,the washing machine and boiling machine are single-machine equipment.At present,there is no ready-made one.In the dyeing and finishing process,when washing and boiling links are continuously working,the production progress must be delayed through reassembly and debugging.Although single machine equipment can realize automatic control,when continuous working,it is unavoidable that there are different movements of the front and back mechanism,which seriously affects the quality of products,increases the rework rate and even causes textile scrap.The complete set of automatic washing and continuous boiling equipment with unified control of parameters is in line with the urgent need of dyeing and finishing equipment in textile printing and dyeing industry in China.Open-width washing and continuous boiling equipment is a kind of automation equipment,which is mainly used in dyeing and finishing equipment of textile printing and dyeing industry.The equipment is composed of several organizations,each of which cooperates in the division of labor to complete the automation process of washing and boiling together,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the equipment.The continuous operation of washing and boiling links in dyeing and finishing process can be realized through the high coordination of mechanical mechanism and electrical control.The operation is simple and the system is stable.The production progress and the quality of textile products can be effectively guaranteed.Through the analysis of washing and boiling links in dyeing and finishing process,this paper mainly deals with automation control,sensor application technology,industrial network and many other technologies.Under the guidance of advanced technology at home and abroad,a complete set of equipment for flat-width washing and continuous boiling has been studied and designed.In this paper,the key technologies involved in the washing and boiling links in dyeing and finishing process are mainly studied in the following aspects:1.According to the research on the working flow of the flat-width washing machine and the boiling machine,the overall control scheme of the whole set of equipment is designed.According to the characteristics of the mechanical structure of the equipment,the control scheme of the whole set of equipment is designed by using the "decentralized control" mode.2.According to the research on the control scheme of the whole set of equipment,the hardware control scheme of the whole set of flat-width washing and cooking is designed,which includes the design,configuration of control unit and the selection of necessary equipment and devices.At the same time,the software control of the system equipment is studied,including the research of basic software used in the system and the design of touch screen.3.According to the research on the characteristics and working mode of the whole set of equipment for open-width washing and continuous cooking,the network communication scheme in the system is designed,the communication mode between the controller and touch screen and between the controller and frequency converter is determined,and the main communication modes involved in the system are analyzed.4.According to the research on the control structure and mechanical structure of the equipment,the speed regulation scheme adapted to the current system operation is designed,and the main measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the system and innovative design are analyzed.5.This paper analyses the problems existing in the current equipment,and designs reasonable solutions to the current problems.By comparing with the performance of the existing equipment,it demonstrates the urgency of the research and development of open-width washing and continuous cooking equipment from the point of practicability and necessity of design.
