As novel nano-fluorescent materials,carbon quantum dots(CDs)and copper nanoclusters(Cu NCs)have the advantages of convenient preparation,excellent light stability biocompatibility,which can be used in the fields of environmental detection,transportation,medical,judicial identification and so on.However,most research based on CDs and Cu NCs are mainly focused on single emission detection and solution detection,which is not conducive to their reliability and portability.In this paper,CDs and Cu NCs are used as precursors to construct a variety of dual-emission probes in different ways to achieve visual detection of alcohol,humidity,sulfide and hydrogen sulfide(H2S).In the first part,the citrate-urea CDs and glutathione Cu NCs were attached to the filter paper through a two-step method.By optimizing the process,a large-scale Cu NCs-CDs dual-emission fluorescent film with homogeneous surface from macroscopic to microscopic was obtained,which proved by scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that Cu NCs-CDs dual-emission fluorescent film can realize the visual detection for relative humidity(RH)in the range of 40-80%based on the aggregation-induced emission(AIE)effect of Cu NCs.In addition,this dual-emission fluorescent film can simultaneously achieve the reversible detection of alcohol in the range of 30-65%.In the second part,two kinds of dual-emission fluorescent probes were prepared by electrostatic assembly and gel method with glucose CDs and glutathione Cu NCs to detect the sulfides in water and atmosphere respectively.Based on fact that the sulfide will destroy the structure of Cu NCs and convert it into CuS,Cu NCs-CDs dual-emission nano-assembly can achieve the detection of trace sulfide in solution and have great linear relationship in the range of 2-10 ppb.Furthermore,Cu NCs-CDs-agar fluorescent film can realize the visual detection of H2S in the working environment.Above all,the work of this paper not only realizes the application of Cu NCs and CDs in environmental detection,but also improves the reliability and portability of the probe effectively.In addition,the work also provides a good reference for the preparation of dual-emitting fluorescent film.
