The aim of this dissertation is to build nine coordination polymers?CPs?with novel structures and potential applications by using 2-?2-carboxyphenyl?imidazole[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline?2-HNCP?as main ligands,aromatic carboxylic acids as auxilary ligands and transition metals or main group metals as central metals under hydrothermal conditions.The crystal structures of CPs were confirmed through the single crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy and other characterization methods.In addition,thermal stabilities and gas adsorption abitilies of CPs were investigated through thermogravimetric analysis?TGA?and gas adsorption analysis.The differences of structures and properties between CPs have also been discussed.1.Five CPs,namely,[Pb?2-NCP??4-pyc?]n?1?,[Pb2?2-NCP?2?H2N-BDC?]n·2nH2O?2?,[Pb2?2-NCP?2?H2N-BDC?]n?3?,[Pb2?2-NCP?2?1,4-BDC?]n?4?and[Pb2?2-NCP?2?HO-BDC?]n?5?were successfully synthesized by using 2-HNCP and carboxylate ligands[4-pyridine carboxylicacid?4-Hpyc?,1,4-benzenedi-carboxylicacid?1,4-H2BDC?,2-hydroxy-1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid?HO-H2BDC?and 2-amino-1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid?H2N-H2BDC?].CP 1 displays one-dimensional?1D?chain structures,which further generate two-dimensiona?2D?and three-dimensional?3D?supramolecular architectures through the?-?stacking interactions.CP 2 exhibites a 2D layer structure.The structures of the CPs 3-5 are similar,and they are all 3D structures.Thermal stabilities and gas adsorption abitilies of CPs 1-5 were investigated.The experimental results reveal that CPs 1-5 all have good thermal stabilities.CPs 1-5 exhibit selective adsorption performance on CO2.In addition,the photocatalytic activities of CPs 1-5 for organic dyes under visible light was studied.CP 3exhibits a good degradation effect on methylene blue?MB?.2.Four CPs,namely,[Mn?2-NCP?2]n?6?,[Mn2?2-NCP?2?2,4-pyc?]n·2nH2O?7?,[Mn2?2-NCP?2?1,4-BDC?]n?8?,[Mn2?2-NCP?2?HO-BDC?]n?9?were derived from 2-HNCP and carboxylate ligands[2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid?2,4-H2pyc?,1,4-H2BDC and HO-H2BDC].CP 6 displays 1D chain structures,which further generate 2D or 3D supramolecular architecures through?-?stacking interactions.CP 7 is a 2D layered structure which further form a 3D supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonding interactions.CPs 8-9 show similar structures and all crystallized in 3D structures.Thermal stabilities and gas adsorption of CPs 6-9 were investigated.The experimental results indicate that CPs 6-9 all have good thermal stabilities.In addition,the CPs 6-9 exhibit selective adsorption performance on CO2.
