The sulfur/nitrogen organic compounds in petroleum are emitted into the atmosphere through the combustion products nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides,which seriously pollute the atmosphere and endanger human health and the growth of animals and plants.Therefore,it is very necessary to reduce the sulfur/nitrogen content in petroleum.These contents can be reducing with the help of different methods such as adsorptive denitrogenation.Adsorptive denitrogenation technology is a simple and pollution-free technology.And the MOFs material is the green and highly efficient adsorption denitrogenation materials currently reportedThe main results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the first chapter,we selected UiO-66-pydc as adsorption material,And the adsorption denitrogenation performance of UiO-66-pydc was studied.The results show that UiO-66-pydc is in the optimal adsorption conditions(adsorption temperature:35?,adsorption time:5 h,mass ratio of oil to MOF 500:1).Under the initial nitride concentration of 3000ppm,the equilibrium adsorption amounts of indole,quinoline and pyridine reached 291.88,215.68,and 178.68(mg NCC/g MOF),respectively,which adsorption capacity increased by 40%,20%,and 14%compared with UiO-66.Then UiO-66-pydc was reused 5 times,the adsorption capacity of indole only reduced by 9.7%,indicating that the reusability of UiO-66-pydc was good.Then we studied thermodynamics and kinetics of UiO-66-pydc.The results show that the adsorption process of UiO-66-pydc is a spontaneously endothermic entropy process.And the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.(2)In the second chapter,The molecular sieve Ti-KIL-2 was synthesized by sol-gel method,and the composite materials of UiO-66-pydc/Ti-KIL-2 and UiO-66/Ti-KIL-2 were prepared by solvothermal method.The two materials were characterized by FT-IR,PXRD,BET,TG-DTA,etc.The adsorption adenitrogenation properties of the two composites were studied separately.The adsorption capacity(adsorption temperature 20?,adsorption time:40 min,adsorption oil ratio:400:1)of UiO-66/Ti-KIL-2 and UiO-66-pydc/Ti-KIL-2 at a low concentration of 100 ppm of the quinoline-containing model oil is 25.92 and 32.14(mg NCC/g MOF),respectively,the adsorption removal rate of the two composite materials can reach 80%and 65%.The two composite materials can be regenerated by simple filtration method.After the UiO-66-pydc/Ti-KIL-2 is reused five times,the adsorption amount of QUI is only reduced by about 5%,indicating that the reusing performance is good.Then We further studied the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of UiO-66-pydc/Ti-KIL-2 and UiO-66/Ti-KIL-2.The results show that the adsorption process of the two composites is spontaneously endothermic Entropy process.And the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.
