Superhydrophobic coatings have broad application prospects in industry,agriculture,national defense and people's daily life due to their unique superhydrophobie self-cleaning properties.However,the superhydrophobic coating preparation process is complicated,requires special equipment,and has poor durability,which restrict the practical applications of superhydrophobic coating.This subject proposes two simple and inexpensive methods for preparing superhydrophobic coatings with excellent properties.Firstly,micro-nano binary hierarchical zinc oxide particles were prepared by low temperature liquid phase method.The zinc nitrate hexahydrate was used as the zinc source,the hexamethylenetetramine provided the alkaline environment,and the hydrofluoric acid as the structure inducer,the different preparation conditions were tested to obtain the suitable preparation conditions for the multi-scale zinc oxide particles:The precursor solution concentration is 0.05 mol·L-1 in 400 mL of the reaction solution,the amount of hydrofluoric acid added is 6 mL,the reaction temperature is 95?,and the reaction time is 2 h,the prepared zinc oxides have a micro-nano hierarchical structure,the uniform diameter and uniform pores are the ideal morphology for preparing superhydrophobic.Blending of hydrophobization of micro-nano hierarchical structure zinc oxide particles with fluorine-containing acrylate polymers is a convenient method for preparing superhydrophobic coating.Firstly,the zinc oxide was hydrophobized with a self-made fluorocarbon resin derivative(FEVE-IPTES),when the amount was 0.1 times that of zinc oxide,the modification effect was great and the contact angle was 152.8°.Preparation of fluorine-containing acrylic resin by free radical polymerization,when the mass ratio of methyl methacrylate(MMA)to butyl acrylate(BA)is 6:4,and when the amount of hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)is 15%,the optimum fluoromonomer(DFMA)dosage is 15%,and the prepared fluorine-containing acrylic resin coating has better performance.When the optimum ratio of the isocyanate-based curing agent is 10:1.5,the prepared fluorine-containing acrylic polyurethane coating has a contact angle of 104.4°,the adhesion was grade 1,the impact resistance was 50 kg·cm,and the pendulum hardness was 0.73.The hydrophobically modified zinc oxide is blended with the self-made fluorine-containing hydroxy acrylic resin.When the ratio of ZnO/fluorine-containing acrylic resin reaches 2.0,the coating is superhydrophobic,the contact angle is 151.6°,the adhesion is 3,the impact resistance is 40 kg·cm,the pendulum has a hardness of 0.76 and the coating exhibits excellent antifouling properties.Organic-inorganic hybrid materials were prepared by in-situ copolymerization of MMA,BA,HEMA and DFMA as comonomers with modified zinc oxide particles.KH570 with double bond can react zinc oxide particles with acrylic monomer,FAS-17 can reduce particle surface energy,so KH570 and FAS-17 were used to modify zinc oxide,when both amounts are 5%of zinc oxide powder,the zinc oxide contact angle is 153.6°.Characterization methods such as FTIR,TGA and XPS showed that the fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer was grafted with zinc oxide particles.The surface micro?nanostructure of the hybrid coating is altered by adjusting the mass fraction of the modified zinc oxide.When the mass ratio of zinc oxide to monomer is 2.0,a superhydrophobic coating with a contact angle of water of up to 152.7° is obtained,the adhesion is 3,the impact strength is 50 kg·cm,and the pendulum hardness is 0.60.The coating has excellent self-cleaning properties and good wear resistance.
