Transition metal chalcogenide two-dimensional nanosheets with sandwich structUre and near-infrared photothermal effect have gradually become the focus of biomedical,nano-engineering and condensed matter physics.After repeated experiments and research,we have developed a novel intelligent responsive material using the representative of transition metal chalcogenide(MoS2)and extended it to other transition metal chalcogenides,and prepared the MoS2 nanosheet by horizontal ball-milling liquid phase stripping.The surface of the two-dimensional MoS2 nanosheets is modified with carboxyl chelating ferric ions,and then magnetic nanoparticles are formed on the surface of the nanosheets by in-situ coprecipitation in an alkaline environment.Finally,the magnetic nanosheets are combined with the temperature sensitive gel PNIPAM.A magnetic orientation photothermal smart gel.Based on transition metal chalcogenide nanosheets and isopropylacrylamide materials,magnetic transition metal sulfide sheet materials and magnetron photothermal responsive release gels were prepared,and 2D transition metal chalcogenide nanosheets were studied.Preparation method,self-assembly characteristics and morphology analysis of magnetic transition metal chalcogenide nanosheets under magnetic field,information storage function of magnetron photothermal smart release gel and 3D magnetic printing technology applied to smart gel magnetic orientation Application,etc.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.This experiment independently designed a new horizontal ball-milling liquid phase stripping method,which uses a stirring paddle to drive the steel ball in the flask while using the intercalating agent and ultrasonic assisted liquid phase stripping.Ball milling and liquid phase stripping can be performed simultaneously,and the horizontally rotating steel balls have much less damage to the nanosheet than conventional rolling ball mills.The prepared transition metal chalcogenide nanosheet has a large size,good uniformity of thickness,and high peeling efficiency.2.Using MoS2 as a representative of transition metal chalcogenide,micro-polymerization of polyacrylic acid on the surface of 2D MoS2 nanosheets,carrying a large amount of carboxyl chelate Fe3+ on the surface of the sheet,and then generating it in situ at the Fe3+ chelate site by coprecipitation.Magnetic nanoparticles make the MoS2 nanosheets paramagnetic.Under static conditions,paramagnetic MoS2 has the ability to self-assemble and self-assemble into gel fibers.The gel fibers are automatically disintegrated under magnetic stirring.The self-assembly mechanism is similar to that of LEGO bricks,so we named this functional nanosheet as LEGONs.3.Using LEGONs self-assembly to become a gel fiber,the temperature-sensitive hydrogel PNIPAM and LEGONs self-assembled gel form an interpenetrating network structure.The use of a magnetic field to change the orientation of the LEGONs indirectly changes the photothermal efficiency.The change in photothermal efficiency is shown by the temperature-sensitive gel color and the release of small molecule properties.The photothermal efficiency of the gel can be adjusted in different parts.4.The 3D magnetic printer is assembled into a 3D printer by assembling a 3D magnetic printer with LEGO's programmable robot EV3.The arrangement of the LEGONs on the orientation surface of the different parts of the smart gel by the electromagnet of the magnetic 3D printer probe indirectly changes the photothermal efficiency of different parts of the gel,so that the two-dimensional code pattern is displayed under the NMR illumination,and the information storage capability is obtained.The smart gel is used in the fields of intelligent release,photothermal regulation and the like.
