As a new two-dimensional material,black phosphorus has a pleated sheet structure with natural band gap.As a semiconductor material,the black phosphorus has excellent application prospects in the fields of optoelectronics,medicine and energy storage.However,the cost of preparing black phosphorus is high and the prepared condition is harsh,which limits its large-scale production and application.Therefore,new preparation method of black phosphorus,increasing the yield and reducing the cost are important for its industrial development in the future.Ionic Polymer-Metal Composites(IPMC)is a new type of smart material with good actuation performance.Compared with traditional materials,it has virtues of simple structure,low driving voltage,light weight and fast response.The utility model has the advantages of large deformation,small density and the like,and is widely used in the fields of biomedicine,aerospace and the like.At the same time,due to its small output force,high electrode material cost,cumbersome preparation process,and short working time in non-aqueous environment,its further application is limited.In this paper,the synthetic preparation of artificial muscle material matrix ionomers is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Black phosphorus was prepared using red phosphorus as raw materials through two different methods:mineralization method and catalyst method.The morphology of prepared black phosphorus was analyzed in order to select more suitable method to make black phosphorus in the future.The effects of reactant component and react condition on black phosphorus structure were studied.The morphology of black phosphorus was determined by Raman spectroscopy,XRD,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The experimental results show that the black phosphorus prepared by catalyst method is purer than that obtained through the mineralization method.The prepared black phosphorus has high yield when content of catalyst is 6 wt%.(2)Black phosphorene was prepared by electrochemical exfoliation method using black phosphorus as the raw material.The effects of electrolyte concentration on the structure and morphology of the black phosphorenene were investigated by Raman spectroscopy,XRD,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that high quality black phosphorene was prepared with an electrolyte concentration of 0.5 mol/L.(3)Using black phosphorus powder and black phosphorene as fillers Nafion composite were prepared.Ionic polymer carbon composite,IPCC was fabricated using carbon nanotubes as electrode material.The effects of the morphology,structure and content of filler on black phosphorus were studied.The results show that black phosphorus(phosphorene)filler could enhance the actuation of IPCC at the same time the durability of IPCC was improved.
