As a device for directly converting chemical energy into electrical energy,fuel cell has the advantages of being clean,environmentally friendly,and highly efficient.The anion exchange membrane fuel cells are widely favored for using non-precious metal catalysts.However,the anion exchange membranes reported so far still have problems of low ion conductivity and poor chemical stability.The following work has been finished in this study.1.On the basis of reviewing the research progress in this field,four kinds of organophosphine monomers MTAQP and TAQP were prepared and characterized by four-step reaction using two chelating diamines as starting materials.2.A certain proportion of MTAQP was introduced into the brominated polyphenylene ether polymer backbone to prepare five polytetraphenyl ether anion exchange membranes(BPPO-MTAQP-X)with grafted amino-phosphonium cations;TAQP was introduced into the polyphosphazene skeleton to prepare four polyphosphazene cation membranes(PDOTAQP-POH-X).3.Studies of fuel cell performance have shown that the thermal stability,tensile properties,water absorption properties,and swelling properties of all films meet the corresponding requirements.Hydroxyl ion exchange conductivity test showed that BPPO-MTAQP-25 membrane reached 23.99 mS/cm and PDOTAQP-POH-45 membrane reached 45.69 mS/cm at 80?.The stability test of 1 M 25? sodium hydroxide solution showed that the stability of the corresponding membrane material remained above 96%after 9 days of immersion.4.In order to further improve the mechanical properties of the membrane material,the PDOTAQP-POH-45 membrane with better comprehensive performance was blended with different proportions of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),blending crosslinked films(PVA-PDOTAQP-X)were prepared by crosslinking with glutaraldehyde.When the percentage of PVA is 55%,the prepared membrane has an ionic conductivity of up to 42.9 mS/cm,and still maintains good stability in 1 M KOH.
