Experimental Research On The Extraction Of Garlic Oil From Garlic Slick Processing Wastewater

China is a big exporter of dehydrated garlic chips.A large amount of garlic chips processing wastewater is produced every year,which is seriously polluted.In order to recover and utilize this resource,the garlic oil which is difficult to treat is the garlic oil with high utilization value in wastewater.In this thesis,the local garlic slice processing wastewater in Jinxiang County of Shandong Province is taken as the research object.The garlic oil in garlic slice processing wastewater is extracted by the method of "MF+distillation".The effects of various parameters in this process on garlic oil extraction from wastewater are systematically studied.A series of improvement methods are put forward,which provide a reference basis for industrialization promotion.(1)Through various membrane separation experiments,the garlic oil content in the raw,clear and concentrated wastewater was analyzed by using the methods of HPLC and GC-MS.The results showed that the RO membrane had the highest retention rate of garlic oil.(2)The effects of distillation heating time,waste water storage time,concentration or not,and different garlic chip cleaning processes on garlic oil yield were investigated.Experiments show that garlic oil with high quality and stable yield can be obtained by heating for 25 minutes;garlic oil in wastewater can be further oxidized and decomposed with the prolongation of wastewater storage time,which reduces garlic oil yield;whether the wastewater is concentrated or not has little effect on garlic oil yield in wastewater;the best garlic slice cleaning process is that the cleaning water is discharged along with the entering,which ensures garlic oil yield.The cleanliness of tablets also increased the yield of garlic oil.When the heating time of distillation is 25 minutes,garlic oil is distilled from the raw water of fresh garlic slice processing wastewater.The yield of garlic oil can reach 0.58.(3)A pilot test device was designed to verify the results of the pilot test,and a pilot improvement scheme was put forward to solve the existing problems,and a test plan was made.
