With the increasing amount of waste generated and the increasing demand for services quality,municipal solid waste management has received high attention from the government and residents due to its huge economic cost and environmental impact.The municipal solid waste collection and transportation vehicle scheduling is an important part of the waste management system,and the scientific and reasonable vehicle routing solution can not only improve the service quality of residents,but also reduce the logistics operation cost.However,there are many uncertainties in the actual waste collection and transportation process,and uncertain factors such as waste generation and transportation time will directly affect the optimal routing scheme for solid waste collection and transportation.Therefore,based on the current status of waste collection and transportation,this paper studies the optimization of municipal solid waste collection and transportation routing.From the perspective of enterprises and residents,the paper focuses on the uncertain factors in the process of waste collection and transportation,and rationally optimizes the routing in order to achieve the goal of reducing the cost of collection and transportation.In order to reduce the cost and the negative impacts of municipal solid waste collection and transportation,and to improve the satisfaction of residents,it is necessary to arrange the transportation routing of solid waste reasonably,and formulate a solid waste collection and transportation route optimization plan that comprehensively considers economic benefits and social benefits.This paper first introduces the problems of waste collection vehicle scheduling and robust optimization.Based on the analysis of China's municipal solid waste collection and transportation network,this paper takes the waste compressed vehicle point routing as the research object and builds a two-level waste collection and transportation network based on collection point of the compressed vehicle and transfer station,and fully considers the uncertainty characteristics of the amount of waste generated and the satisfaction requirements of the residents,and depicts satisfaction as the penalty cost against the time window constraint.With the goal of minimizing transportation cost and the level of residents' disgust,a robust optimization model for multi-trip vehicle collection and transportation of municipal solid waste under uncertain environment is established.According to the characteristics of the model,the multi-objective function is optimized by linear weighting method,and the uncertainty is characterized by Bertsimas robust optimization method.The validity of the model is verified by CPLEX tool,and the routing decision scheme adapting to the change of waste quantity can be obtained.Finally,the paper analyzes the collection and transportation cases of solid waste in Dongcheng District of Beijing,and obtains a transportation scheduling scheme with different robustness.At the same time,sensitivity analysis is carried out on related parameters in the case to help decision-makers find economic,satisfactory and robust solid waste collection and transportation routing plan.
