Acetone-butanol-ethanol(ABE)fermentation is an important way to produce butanol,but in the process of microbial fermentation,too high concentration of butanol will inhibit the continuous fermentation,so it is necessary to separate the butanol produced by separation.The fermentation reaction continues to proceed efficiently.The coupling of pervaporation with ABE fermentation allows the fermentation reaction to proceed more efficiently.The preparation of pervaporation membrane is generally divided into thermal cross-linking curing and radiation cross-linking curing.The traditional thermal cross-linking curing method requires long curing time,low efficiency and high energy consumption.In order to shorten the curing time and improve efficiency,UV curing technology is introduced.The film is rapidly solidified in a short time,and the curing efficiency of the pervaporation film is greatly improved.Firstly,this topic prepared a polydimethylsiloxane containing five different photocurable groups by LrV-curing group grafting,which are respectively free-radically photocurable acrylate-based polydimethylsiloxane,Styrylated poly dimethyl siloxane and acrylylated polydimethylsiloxane,cationic photocured vinyl etherated polydimethylsiloxane and epoxy lated polydimethylsiloxane After adding an appropriate radical photoinitiator and a cationic photoinitiator respectively,the oxane is coated on the PVDF base film,and a photocured pervaporation film is obtained by ultraviolet irradiation to shorten the curing speed from several hours to two.Within minutes.The effects of different conditions on the curing time inside and outside the system were investigated,The optimum photocuring conditions were determined as follows:in a system in which methylene chloride was used as a solvent,4.5 wt%of a photoinitiator was added,and crosslinking curing was carried out under ultraviolet light of 56 mw/cm2.The separation performance of photocrosslinked pervaporation membranes was investigated.Five kinds of photocrosslinked PDMS pervaporation membranes with a membrane thickness of about 15 ?m were prepared to separate 1.5 wt%aqueous butanol solution at 55?.The styrene-containing pervaporation membrane separation factor was 49.2,flux 703 g/m2h;pervaporation membrane separation factor 54 containing acrylate group,flux 608 g/m2h;pervaporation membrane separation factor 48 containing epoxy group,flux 767 g/m2h;pervaporation membrane separation factor 50.6 containing acryl group The amount is 511 g/m2h.The pervaporation membrane prepared by vinyl etherified polydimethylsiloxane with the best pervaporation performance has a separation factor of 59 and a total flux of 822 g/m2h.The effects of different pervaporation conditions such as feed temperature and monomer content on the pervaporation performance of photocured pervaporation membrane were tested.
