| Self-healing material has been much more attention for decades as a smart material,it has been a new subject as important part of supromolecular science since the first successful synthesis of self-healing material. The hydrogen bonds system has a more attention because of its excellent self-healing property at room temperature. However the application is limited with low tensile strength. It is a main method of introducing the covalent networks into the supramolecular system, but the drawback is the strength would be decreased.therefore,it is the key to choose a proper cross-linking agent to accomplish excellent properties. In this work, the oligomer were synthesized by sebacic acid, itaconic acid and diethylenetriamine(DETA)firstly. Then itaconic acid reacted with acrylamide via co-polymerization,the obtained product was subsequently reacted with urea.In consequence, this novel materials was obtained after treatment. The analysis indicated that the system composed of linear amide chains,monoalkyl-urea and imidazolidone groups using FT-IR、1H-NMR.The DSC and XRD characterized the system was a two-phase structure when itaconic acid is lower. With the content of itaconic acid raised, the crystalline disappeared and the system was an amorphous phase. The tensile strength promoted after cross-linking compared to linear-chain systems. Moreover, the self-healing property can reach 100%after 12 hours. |
