The composition of organic hazardous waste is complex and contains toxic and harmful refractory components such as heavy metals.With the traditional high-temperature incineration treatment method,there will be the generation of secondary hazardous waste incineration residues,fly ash,nitrogen oxides and dioxins.Supercritical water oxidation technology has a deep oxidation effect,which can realize the complete decomposition of a variety of organics,having a great deal in the treatment of organic waste advantages.Based on the characteristics of supercritical water,the physical and chemical properties of supercritical water and the application of supercritical water oxidation technology in the field of environmental protection at home and abroad are summarized in this paper.On this basis,a set of continuous supercritical water oxidation experimental devices are used to treat,under the reaction conditions of 550-600?,pressure22.1-23.0MPa,and flow 1.0L.h-1,for three standard organic compounds monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon organic toluene solution,dicyclic organic naphthalene solution,hexadecane solution and six kinds of industrial wastewater,industrial waste liquid,waste emulsion,coating wastewater,waste liquid catalyst and aniline tar produced in the industrial production process are treated respectively.SD-GC-MS method is used to obtain the experimental feed and experimental discharge maps,analyze the changes of organic matter content in nine experimental objects before and after the treatment of supercritical water oxidation technology,and determine the COD value of six kinds of industrial hazardous wastes before and after treatment with COD detector.The experimental results are as follows:The degradation rate of organic compounds in the standard organic compound solution and the organic hazardous waste produced in the industrial production process by supercritical water oxidation technology is more than 99%.The COD of the six kinds of organic hazardous waste produced in the industrial production process after treatment meets the first level discharge standard of the“National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”?GB8978-1996?,which further verifies the treatment of organic hazardous waste by supercritical water oxidation technology for the feasibility of hazardous waste.
