Currently,low-carbon emission reduction has become the focus of global economic and social development.The construction industry,which consumes a large amount of natural resources and causes a heavy environmental burden,consumes 28%of China's total energy consumption,and carbon emissions account for about 40%of total emissions.Therefore,it is imperative for the construction industry to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.In this regard,China's construction companies should adopt a low-carbon production management model that promotes energy conservation and emission reduction and reduces waste generation,so that they can achieve sustainable development.The core content of this research is divided into four chapters.In the first place,the whole life cycle theory was introduced to divide the whole life process of a building from a cradle to a grave into five stages:planning and design,building materials production,construction,building use and maintenance,and building demolition and recycling.On this basis,the connotation of low-carbon buildings and low-carbon production management of construction projects was summarized,and the characteristics of low-carbon production management and the specific contents of each stage were further analyzed.Then,we identified the main factors affecting the low carbon production management of construction enterprises,including organization and management,conservation and utilization of building materials resources,water conservation and utilization,energy conservation and utilization,environmental protection management and construction energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.At the same time,through the establishment of the input-output model,according to the characteristics of the construction enterprise,as well as the relevant construction specifications,the evaluation index system and scoring standard for low-carbon production management of construction enterprises are formulated.The evaluation system lists the above six factors as the first-level indicators for low-carbonization evaluation of building construction,taking the multiple aspects included in each influencing factor as the secondary indicators,and the third-level indicators are the specific guarantee measures and actual conditions of the secondary evaluation indicators which can be achieved.On the basis of learning and summarizing a large number of architectural construction experiences,the implementation effect of the measures is used as the scoring criterion.In the evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of the indicators at all levels,and the simpler percentage-based scoring method is used to judge the low-carbon production management level of the construction enterprises.Finally,by applying the established evaluation index system to the low carbon production management evaluation of Jinan Heping Jiayuan residential project,the scientific and feasibility of the system is verified,which basically meets the actual needs of the construction enterprise,and effectively judge the level of the low carbon production management they implemented.The research of this subject has constructed a low carbon production management evaluation system for construction enterprises,and put forward feasible suggestions for the implementation of the system in construction enterprises.This research results theoretically provides a theoretical reference.for the follow-up study of energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry.In practice,it also provides a reference for building construction enterprises to complete low carbon transformation.
