Ultrasonic evaporator is a new type of evaporation equipment which is used to aid material evaporation and concentration by ultrasonic technology.It is especially suitable for the concentration of easily scaling,foaming and high boiling point materials.Due to the lack of study on mechanism and complexity of boiling heat transfer of salt-containing sewage enhanced by ultrasonic technology,there are few reports on ultrasonic evaporation device used in wastewater treatment.And the basic data for the design and calculation of ultrasonic evaporator are scarce.In this paper,the heat transfer performance of ultrasonic evaporator wastewater treatment is studied with salt solution as experimental material,and the evaporation rate and effluent water quality of ultrasonic evaporator treating salted water are analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)Through the single factor experiment of ultrasonic evaporator,the relationship between evaporation rate and effluent quality with evaporation temperature,concentration and ultrasonic power density is obtained.The evaporation rate decreases with the increase of temperature,decreases with the increase of concentration,increases first and then decreases with the increase of ultrasonic density,and the quality of effluent increases first and then remains unchanged with the increase of evaporation temperature,and decreases first and then increases with the increase of concentration.With the increase of ultrasonic density,the ultrasonic density decreases first and then does not change.(2)The orthogonal experimental design was carried out by using Minitab software.Regression model of evaporation rate,water quality with evaporation temperature,salt-containing wastewater concentration and ultrasonic power density were obtained.(3)The optimal operating parameters(evaporation temperature,concentration,ultrasonic power density)corresponding to the highest evaporation rate of salt wastewater and the best effect of effluent quality are obtained by the analysis of Minitab experimental design software.(4)The ion content in salt-containing wastewater was measured by ion chromatography.By ion analysis,the anion and anion(sulfate ion,sodium ion,magnesium ion)were more clearly determined with evaporation temperature and concentration.Changes of ultrasonic power density and other factors.
