Green radish is sweet,crisp and delicious,rich in nutrients,and with its unique good quality is well received at home and abroad.In order to better expand the market,it is necessary to detect the reliability of green radish's internal quality.Therefore,the green,environmental friendly and fast acoustic non-destructive testing technology was used to analyze the fruit and vegetable qualitatively and quantitatively,so as to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of green radish in the domestic and foreign markets,meet the quality requirements of fruits and vegetables and promote the modernization testing process of agricultural products.This paper reviews the theoretical basis of ultrasonic nondestructive testing;introduces the advantages of ultrasonic technology in the field of nondestructive testing;summarizes the theoretical research of ultrasonic technology applied to the nondestructive testing of fruits and vegetables and the present situation of nondestructive testing equipment for fruits and vegetables at home and abroad.This paper expounds the theory and method of functional feature-driven product conceptual design in product innovation design,and uses this theory and method to innovate the transmission system,internal structure and appearance of green radish intrinsic quality ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment and obtain multiple designs.This paper adopts a comprehensive,scientific,fair and accurate analytical hierarchy process(AHP)to deal with the problem of series combination optimization and appearance selection,and determines the optimal scheme of mechanical transmission system and design through mathematical statistics.Then,according to the actual needs and functional requirements of the equipment,the principle of the sensing detection and control system is solved.Solidworks software and Abaqus software are used to build the three-dimensional model of the equipment,and bottom-up design method is used to determine the spatial position of each mechanism and the size of the parts.This paper uses the keyshot software to design each component of the product design,and gives the effect diagram after the design.Finally,the effect diagram,explosion diagram,three views,color scheme,and multiple details of the product are obtained and explained in detail.
