Pyridines are important six-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.Their derivatives with diverse radicals are widely used in many fields such as medicine,dyes,pesticides,and materials chemistry.Therefore,the synthetic methodologies for pyridine derivatives have attracted much attention,and there are many reports on their syntheses so far.However,new methods for the simple and efficient construction of fully substituted pyridines compounds are still underdeveloped.Due to the unique reactivities,isonitriles have been widely used as versatile synthons for the assembly of various nitrogen-containing compounds.This thesis developed a new chemoselective tandem heterocyclization reaction of ?-isocyanoacetamides with alkenyl isonitriles,providing a new method for the efficient synthesis of fully substituted pyridines.This thesis is mainly divided into three chapters:Chapter 1: Research BackgroundThis section mainly introduces the structure,properties and some common reactions of isonitrile,as well as the typical reactions of ?-isocyanoacetamide.The synthetic methods towards pyridines are also summarized.Chapter 2: Cross-heterocyclization of two different isonitriles: Synthesis of fully substituted pyridinesThis section mainly develops a silver-catalyzed heterocylization of ?-substituted isocyanoacetamides with alkenyl isonitriles as a new method for the convenient and efficient synthesis of fully substituted pyridines.It mainly includes the screening of reaction conditions,the scope of substrates,control experiments for the mechanism study and the synthetic application of the pyridine products.Chapter 3: Experimental PartThis section introduces the synthesis of starting materials,the experimental process of pyridine synthesis,and the characterization data of the products.
