Microfluidic is a technology that has emerged in recent years,which has great potential for future applications.Nowadays,microfluidic has been widely used in analysis,microreaction,sensors and other fields.Besides,silk fibroin microparticle is one of available structures constructed by regenerated silk fibroin solution,which may contribute a lot to drug release and tissue engineering.In addition,microfluidic circumvents the disadvantages of traditional methods in silk fibroin microparticles fabrication.Considering this superiority,this paper focus on the fabrication of silk fibroin microparticle hydrogel using microfluidic platform,which may broaden the application fields of silk fibroin microparticles.Unlike traditional methods,silk fibroin microparticles can be prepared in a mild circumstance through microfluidic,which can prevent the destruction of silk fibroin structure in extreme conditions.The diameter can be controlled in the range of 20?200 ?m with a narrow size distribution.In order to study factors which will affect the structure of silk fibroin microparticles,two factors which are temperature and PDA nanoparticles will be modified to explore how these two factors affect the structure of silk fibroin microparticles.In different temperatures,the percentage of ?-sheet will increase under higher temperature.When adding several amounts of PDA nanoparticles,the more the PDA nanoparticles are added,the higher the percentage of ?-sheet will appear in silk fibroin microparticles.But this kind of enhancement will turn to be detraction when the amount of PDA nanoparticles added into silk fibroin microparticles reaches a certain level.The study of microparticle structure will help to explore the mechanical properties and degradation performance of silk fibroin microparticles.In order to develop a kind of functionalized microparticle which can release micromolecules under stimulation,a linkage response method was designed.Specifically,thermalsensitive polymer nanoparticles and photothermal nanoparticles were added into silk fibroin microparticles.As a result,the infrared-sensitive microparticles are prepared,which may accelerate the release of micromolecules loaded in silk fibroin microparticles.In this paper,silk fibroin microparticles are successfully prepared by microfluidic platform.The factors which can affect the structure of silk fibroin microparticles are studied.At the same time,the infrared-sensitive microparticles are designed by adding functionalized nanoparticls.The silk fibroin microparticle processing method in this paper makes up for the disadvantages of traditional preparation methods,which may broaden the application filed of silk fibroin microparticles.
