Electrochemical sensor technology is a common method to analyze the characteristics of substances.It has the advantages of high sensitivity,strong stability and easy miniaturization.It is widely used in the fields of environmental safety,medical health and food safety.However,most of the electrochemical detection needs professionals to operate analytical instruments in the laboratory,which limits the application of electrochemical sensor technology in the detection for individual users.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop an electrochemical sensor system that can be used for rapid detection.Rapid detection technology needs less detection time and low requirements for instruments and equipment,which has become the focus of research instead of traditional chemical detection.To sum up,the design of a micro electrochemical sensor system that can achieve rapid detection,and use of portable sensors to meet the needs of outdoor and real-time detection,has great practical significance and wide application prospects.Based on the electrochemical stripping voltammetry and modern integrated electronic technology,a micro electrochemical sensor system for rapid detection is designed and implemented in this paper.The control core of the system is msp430f169,which is a low-power single-chip microcomputer.Using its internal ADC and DAC,the system volume is effectively reduced,and the function of constant potential and response current measurement is realized.The electrochemical performance of the constant potential circuit is tested by three electrode equivalent model,and the potential error is controlled within 0.44%.Using the micro electrochemical sensor system designed in this paper,the fast detection of real substances is carried out.The micro electrochemical sensing system is connected with the traditional glassy carbon electrode,and the new carbon based material g-c3n3 is used as the sensing material to detect the concentration of heavy metals in the water environment.The UART serial port is used to transmit data with the computer end;the conductive flexiblecarbon cloth that can fit the human skin is used as the base,and the nano bimetal particles are used as the sensing material to construct the human glucose sensing system,and HC is usedThe Bluetooth communication circuit,connected with the smartphone app,realizes the real-time reading of human glucose test results.Finally,the detection results of the micro electrochemical sensor system are compared with those of the commercial experimental platform of chi660 e.It is verified that the micro electrochemical sensor system has high accuracy and stable operation under the condition of different concentrations of the liquid to be measured,and can realize real-time measurement.The experimental results show that the micro electrochemical sensor system designed in this paper can detect and analyze the concentration of lead ion and glucose in water environment.Through the display of the upper computer detection results,it can reflect the concentration of the substance to be measured more conveniently and quickly,and provide services and technical support for the miniaturized devices.
