In the process of urbanization,a large number of concrete materials are needed,at the same time,solid wastes such as glass are produced,which not only causes the shortage of materials,but also causes environmental pollution.It is found that glass powder with certain fineness has pozzolanic activity and shows cementitious property,while glass particles have certain strength and filling effect,which makes it possible for glass to replace cement or sand in concrete.As a part of concrete,glass processing provides a feasible way to solve the problems of resources and environment.Through the experimental study,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the fluidity of the mixture of glass powder and concrete meets the construction requirements;(2)the early strength growth rate of the replacement of sand concrete by glass particles is low,but the later growth rate is higher than that of ordinary concrete,and the replacement range is 16.7%-20.4%,which is higher than that of ordinary concrete,meeting the design strength replacement range of 0-46.8%;(3)the replacement of cement concrete by glass powder The early strength growth rate of the concrete is low,but the later growth rate is higher than that of the ordinary concrete.Through the experimental study,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the fluidity of the mixture after the glass powder is mixed into the concrete meets the construction requirements;(2)the early strength of the concrete when the glass particles replace the sand in a small proportion is close to that of the ordinary concrete,and the later strength is higher than that of the ordinary concrete,meeting the design strength replacement range of 0-46.8%,and the strength is 16.7%-20.4%higher than that of the ordinary concrete;(3)When cement is replaced by glass powder in small proportion,the early strength of concrete is slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete,and the later strength growth rate is significantly higher than that of ordinary concrete,meeting the design strength replacement range of 0-26.6%,and the strength is 0-10.9%higher than that of ordinary concrete;(4)when cement is replaced by glass powder in 5%-21.2%and sand in 10%-40%,the design strength is met;(5)use Origin8.0 to fit the relationship between glass replacement rate and 28d compressive strength of standardcuring:z=c1*xa1+C2*xa2+C3*xa3+d*yb1+d2*yb2+d3*yb3+e.The relationship between glass substitution rate and 28d tensile strength of standard curing is asfollows:z=a*x+a1*xa2+b*y+b1*yb2+c+d*xd1.
