In the field of engineering construction,UHPC can not only improve the construction quality and extend the life of buildings,but also enhance the disaster prevention and mitigation capability of the engineering industry.Modular building adopts fully assembled,integrated module construction technology,energy-efficient construction way,in line with the intelligent,green construction trend.This article will provide a new concrete material based on modular construction projects,the differential use of materials and components,optimize the structure form and material composition,based on structure rationality and economic applicability,related research work carried out on the modular architecture,combing the design idea of the product,improve and promote the modular construction comprehensive performance,test and verify the reliability of the product,for the industrialization of the products on the market promotion to provide theoretical support.First,on the basis of fully understanding and studying the preparation principle of UHPC,based on local engineering materials and conventional production processes,a kind of ultra-high performance concrete suitable for steel-mix composite structure was developed by optimizing aggregates and material mix ratio parameters.Second,On the basis of full consideration of many factors,the author ultimately determines the partly filled steel-UHPC concrete composite structure of high performance concrete as the main body structure framework,and uses the redundancy design concept to design four types of skeleton structures with different spans and sizes for design selection.By creating a finite element model according to the actual size of different schemes,the finite element software ANSYS Workbench was used to compare and analyze the strength and stiffness performance of different frame schemes under the action of load combination under the limit condition of normal use,and the most reasonable design scheme of frame structure was determined.Finally,based on the determination of the most reasonable skeleton structurescheme,using the single variable principle,through the perspective of material strength analysis and comprehensive cost analysis,several different design schemes of frame structure and exterior wall panel are compared.Through the comparison and analysis of the above different angles,the optimal design scheme is determined,and the construction entity production of the scheme is carried out to verify the reliability of the scheme.
