Rubber concrete has been successfully used in intercity highways, urban walkways and other projects due to its excellent properties such as light weight and high elasticity, sound insulation and impact resistance, but it also has compaction cracking and frost peeling. The fiber has excellent cracking and strengthening effects.Fly ash can strengthen the interface bonding between the slurry and the particles, improve the compactness, and incorporate the fiber and fly ash, which provides a way to solve the quality defects of rubber concrete.Research ideas. In order to study the effects of polypropylene fibers and fly ash on the mechanical and frost resistance of rubber concrete, the following experimental studies were carried out:(1)The amount of polypropylene fibers was changed, and the effects of the impact on the strength and frost resistance of rubber concrete were tested. To find the optimal range of dosage;(2)change the content of fly ash, test the change law of the strength and frost resistance of rubber concrete, and find the optimal range of dosage;(3)the two values to be obtained The range was recombined, and polypropylene concrete and fly ash were mixed to make rubber concrete. The mechanical properties and frost resistance of the concrete were tested to find the optimal mixing ratio. After research, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)when the blending ratio of the single-mixed polypropylene fiber is within the range of 1.8% to 3.41%,the mechanical properties of the rubber concrete are higher and the frost resistance is better.(2)The mechanical strength and frost resistance are better when the blending ratio of single fly ash is in the range of 15% ~ 20%.(3)The ratio of polypropylene fiber in the compounded rubber concrete is 2.18% to 2.25%,and the mechanical strength of the concrete is improved to different degrees when the ratio of fly ash is 15% to 16%.Better performance.
