Groundwater is one of the important resources for human survival and development.Due to the impact of metal mining activities in Tongling area,a large amount of heavy metal elements entered the groundwater and caused great harm to the regional ecological environment and people's health.In this paper,the typical metal mine mountainous area in the east of Tongling City is selected to conduct a groundwater pollution risk study.Through on-site survey sampling and sample testing,the status of groundwater heavy metal pollution in Tongling metal mining area was analyzed.The improved DRASTICL model was used to obtain the groundwater vulnerability distribution,and the machine language was used in R to construct a probability distribution model of groundwater pollution.Risk distribution of groundwater pollution in mining areas.Mainly get the following recognition:(1)Through field investigation and sampling,the heavy metal content of groundwater was tested and analyzed,the Nemero comprehensive index method was used to determine the degree of pollution,and the distribution map of the current status of groundwater heavy metal pollution in the study area was obtained through the kriging interpolation method.The results show that the groundwater quality of the alluvial land on the piedmont slopes in the middle of the study area is good,the groundwater pollution in metal mines and surrounding areas is more serious,and the pollution in the downstream of the alluvial plain is serious.(2)Use ArcGIS's spatial processing and visualization functions to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability in the study area,improve the DRASTIC model according to the actual situation of the study area,increase the land use status indicators,and use AHP to modify the index weights to obtain the Tongling typical metal mining area Map of groundwater vulnerability.The results show that the groundwater vulnerability in the southern hilly mountains and the central plains is low,the groundwater vulnerability on both sides of the Lion Mountain and the gully in the southern mountains is medium,and the groundwater vulnerability is higher in the Shizi mountain and Xinqiao areas.(3)Use R platform for machine learning,combine water sample pollution status and pollution influencing factors,use generalized linear model and decision tree method to construct pollution occurrence probability model,and integrate into integrated model to obtain probability distribution map of groundwater pollution occurrence in typical metal mining area of Tongling.The results show that the probability of pollution in hilly and mountainous areas is small,the probability of pollution in the piedmont alluvial land and the upstream area of the alluvial plain is medium,and the probability of pollution in the mining area and the downstream area of the alluvial plain is high.(4)Coupling the obtained distribution map of groundwater pollution status,groundwater vulnerability map and probability distribution map of groundwater pollution to obtain the distribution map of groundwater pollution risk in typical metal mining areas in Tongling.It shows that the risk of groundwater pollution in the study area is increasing from south to north and from the mountain to the plain,and the mining area is also a high-risk area.Finally,relevant protective measures are put forward for the reference of relevant departments.
