Organic halides are important components of natural products, pharmaceutical pesticides and functional materials. In addition,as the main precursor for the synthesis of complex compounds, organic halides are often used in both transition metal-catalyzed coupling transformations and traditional synthesis methods, including metallized reactions and nucleophilic substitution conversion. Thus, the construction of C-X(X=F,Cl,Br,I)bonds has been a hot topic in synthetic chemistry in view of versatile use of organic halides substrates. As an organic synthesis method, electrochemistry has been widely attracted to chemical workers recently.Since the current replaces dangerous or/and toxic oxidant in traditional method,so electrochemical redox method is a green and less-polluted organic synthesis.Considering that both arylboronic acids and olefins are cheap and easily available compounds,we have developed functionalization transformation of arylboronic acid and olefins under under electrochemical conditions.Under electrochemical conditions, the main contents of this thesis are:1)metal-free catalyzed deborylative halogenation of arylboronic acids with cheap alkali halides MX(X=I,Br)as halogen source;2)bifunctionalization transformation of olefin via the combinatio1 of haloglnation and etherification to construct sp3 C-X bonds.
