Based on the broad application prospect of hydrogen-catalyzed conversion reactions such as thermal catalytic hydrogenation and photocatalytic hydrogen production,the innovation and improvement of related catalytic has been always the hot topic in academia and industry,so development a new catalyst with excellent performance,stability and durability,green and low-cost always the core goal.In view of the defects of the main current metal catalysts and combine with our group research,this research synthesis LaPO4/Ni2P composite material with La Ni and P precursor compounds.Firstly,the performance of such material in the thermocatalytic hydrogenation such as levulinic acid catalytic hydrogenation was investigated;on the basis considering the LaPO4/Ni2P contain semiconductor properties,the composite interface maybe rapidly transfer the light electron/hole,therefore deeply exploration of this kind of material under the condition of sensitization of photocatalytic hydrogen production performance,and use the hydrogen production as hydrogen source in situ hydrogenation reaction performance,the potential of the composite interface of LaPO4/Ni2P in the application of thermocatalytic hydrogenation and photocatalytic hydrogen-producing hydrogenation in-situ to be explored.The constitution-structure-performance relationship of the composite structure of LaPO4/Ni2P in hydrogen-involved catalytic transformation reaction is determined by these two reaction tests.The results as follow:One:With a variety of characterization analysis such as XRD?SEM?TEM?XPS?TPR and so on,indicated that a series of LaPO4/Ni2P composite catalysts with different molar ratio could obtain by different molar ratio(La(NO3)2·6H2O),(Ni(NO3)2·6H2O),((NH4)2HPO4)as reactants,under the condition of 180?hydrothermal for 24 h,then obtain the catalyst precursor,then the catalyst precursor deal with temperature programmed reduction.Two:The synthesized LaPO4/Ni2P catalysts used in catalytic hydrogenation,levulinic acid under the condition of 110?,4 Mpa,and 2 h(LaPO4)m-Ni2P composite catalyst can realize the levulinic acid completely conversion,the target product gamma e lactone of 98.2%yield,through the analysis of the chemical adsorption,LaPO4 has excellent hydrogen activation property,the levulinic acid can be activated by Ni2P,the properties of the composite catalyst can be compared with noble metal catalyst hydrogenation catalyst performance,at the same time the recycle test show the LaPO4/Ni2P composite catalyst is a kind of stable structure,low-cost and green environmental,indicated LaPO4/Ni2P is a kind of thermal catalytic hydrogenation catalyst with application potential.Three:The synthesized LaPO4/Ni2P catalysts used in the reaction of photocatalytic decomposition of water hydrogen production,average of 110?mol hour to hydrogen generation with eosin as sensitizer.under the condition of nitrobenzene 4mmol eosin 4×10-4 mol/L,sacrifice agent triethanolamine 10 ml,90 ml water,under the light of xenon lamp for 6 hours,the nitrobenzene conversion rate above 90%,.At the same time,it was accompanied hydrogen production of 2.5 ?mol/h,indicate that hydrogen produced by photocatalysis could be used as a hydrogen source for in-situ hydrogenation on the catalyst surface.Compared with thermal catalysis,high pressure hydrogen is used as a hydrogen source,which has more application prospect and deserves further research.
